Have I mentioned the amazing panini press Stacy got me for Xmas? Greatest appliance ever. We’ve both been making way too many cheese sammiches with it.
Those things are great!

One of the greatest inventions of the last however long it's been since these were invented.
I'm eating so much cheese now. It's better for me because previously I'd grill my cheese sammiches on my cast iron skillet which I would drench in butter because I didn't want it to stick. Not that it ever did. Mo buttah bettah. But probably better for my cholesterol.

Was it you who told me that Schoch is also
making butter?

yep.
It rocks like all the Schoch products. So rich. Makes you think 'wtf is this crap they've been serving me as butter all these years now?'
But it's pricey so we reserve it for food where the butter is featured, like toast, and not for cooking, like grilled cheese sammiches (pre-panini maker, of course).
We gotta make a farmer's market run soon to refresh our Schoch supplies.

Schoch butter is closer to what you'd actually get in Dublin where they just scoop out a big hunk of fresh butter and plop it in some paper for you. Kerrygold here has crossed the pond. Just like Guinness here, I love it, but it doesn't compare to the Dublin experience, nor does it match fresh product.

The birthday cheese has been replaced. I've already eaten half of it. All is well.

Bogdan G! A man so disliked that no one would hire him. Outstanding!

WIthin an hours drive? Must be about 25 programs
Don’t make me count.
6 within SF City limits
Dammit, I counted. 30, if you go as far as Davis.
Nada in S’Cuz, though. You should start one up.

Wow. And how many were there when we started? Maybe a dozen or so?

Not even. Excluding collegiate programs, there were only a few, maybe 5: Halberstadt, Letterman, Pacific, TFC, Salle Santa Cruz, Salle DeCesare. Everything else was collegiate-related, I think
In my modern count, all but one are private clubs.
