I don't want to jinx it but JAH Med might take over the UCSC Quarry soon. 

Given the campus' history with 420 events, seems like a good match. 

The only awkward thing is their first show this season - Primus.  

I saw Primus at the SC Civic, as well as the Flying Frog Brigade w/Sean Lennon. The sound there is so bad. Outdoor at The Quarry would be much better. Can't comment on the Primus crowd. Like Rush, it's a sausage-fest (that's a joke son...Sausage was a reunion of the '88 Primus lineup...)

Their last drummer quit last october and they had a long, public run of auditions for "The Greatest Drummer on Earth".
