Here I’ve been all cocky about not shifting my circadians that much with my week in China. The homecoming went ok (‘cept for the asymptomatic ‘Rona) but I’ve been crashing out around 6pm pst, which makes no sense because that’s 9 am cst. Yesterday, I gave into it and then woke after midnight. Today I muscled through it (was literally dozing off whilst queueing YMAA spam and found some goofy errors on my proofing) then I did my sauna/salt bath just before bed. I can sleep in tomorrow - luxury!
But now I’m awake again. At 2 am (5 pm cst). WTF? It’s getting worse not better. Dammit!
Maybe I’ll get up and get some melatonin & nite cheese…
