My Tai Chi intro was very well received and I had to peel myself away from the enthusaistic crowd afterwards to get to dinner with Tara & Bri.
All in all, a very positive experience.
I never rehearsed a lesson. I had a very rough idea of what I’d do but most of it was improv. I haven’t taught Tai Chi in over a quarter century, but it came back quickly.
