Agreed. I miss the days of Bob Wilkins and Elvira (no one holds a candle to those two... or maybe three if you count Bob) but Creepy KOFY was a fair next gen substitute.
Balrok and No Name were cool. That was the winner answer to that question posed to the G.I.Joe screener audience 9 years ago. I remember it well because they asked, and I knew the answer but kinda slunk down in my seat because I was press and it felt awkward winning the prize when I wasn't one of the audience. But it was more awkward that no one knew (dumb audience) so I finally spoke up.
In the end, I kinda luv that KOFY shirt. I think I still have it. It's a little small though and cannot contain my bulging lats and biceps (and by that I mean my belly).
BTW, Bob Wilkins' old Captain Cosmic bot 2T2 now resides here in the Cruz at Atlantis Fantasy World. I was nostalgic every time I see it. That too, was a great show - vintage Sci-fi, tokusatsu & kaiju. Ah, those were the daze...
