A Trump Dream.
It's bad enough he bugs me during the waking hours but now he's popped up in one of my dreams.
It's a Trump Press conference being held a convention center. The press packs the place on metal folding chairs. Trump decides I should run the press conference while he sits in the audience. I'm given the prepared statement to read. They are a nightmare to give. I stumble over ever word. There are weird names I can't pronounce. I'm getting some sympathy from the press but not a lot. Trump smirks at me in between looks around him.
There's a break as a another group comes into the room. Trump gets up and decides I'm not good enough to do the Press briefing and he'll take over. You know that feeling you get of worthlessness when someone takes your job and gives it to someone else? I felt that. Trump starts to do the presser. He gets angry at one of the reporters and kicks him off the list of people that are allowed in for the briefing. I see him change the guys standing on a big sheet of poster board.
