With over a half century of scars, this is easy for me. Too easy.
We've changed the North Chamber to be my 'office' as I'm telecommuting so much now. I've cannibalized Tara's old work desk and an old gamer chair that she inherited from her affluent high school friend. The chair is missing one of its 5 wheels so it tilts, plus Yuki chewed the bottom piston that changes the height - it's a cosmetic cylinder that he gnawed up but that jammed the action. So the chair wasn't well adjusted to the desk and that messed with my posture enough to strain a back muscle under my right scapula, which has spread up to my neck. I've un-jammed the chair and have been toggling the height in hopes of getting a decent work space.
But yeah, just sitting around the house is the cause of my ailments. I've got so many RSI issues from being a keyboard jockey for the last 2 decades and my corrective practice has been way off since Yuki came into my life. That's really my fault - I'm too exhausted from puppy luv. What's more, I haven't seen my chiropractor since the start of the SIP.
