I skipped the superbowl and boosted my nerd cred by taking my son to the Computer History Museum in Mountain View and watching a demo of their Babbage Machine replica. I did see a few online posts about some of the ads and this one was pretty cool:

Bruce Lee and Bob Dylan? What more could the Pom Daddy ask for?
There were a lot of good commercials. I liked the Hulu ad. I liked the Doritos Crystal Ball Ad. And of course the Bud Light's. I look forward to seeing "Land of the Lost"

...although I admit, the
Heroes football game made me crack a smile. I missed the
Land of the Lost one. I also didn't have my 3-D glasses for
Monsters vs. Aliens.

That's because you are a bad person.
But Let's rewind for just a second. Why were you watching the Super Bowl. Did you tape and just scan for the ads?

...but I tuned in right before halftime and was hooked. Caught the halftime show, and then did some dishes, laundry etc., for the 3rd. Tuned back in for the 4th. I think that about covered it.
It was a better game than last year, but not in such good company...

Dee Dee went to Reno to watch the game with her football-fanatic sister.
I watched the Puppy Bowl, "Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, and "All Dogs Go to Heaven"
"All Dogs Go to Heaven" still makes me bawl like a puppy.

Puppy Bowl was good, but the Kitten half-time show was disappointing.

I'm looking for my enthusiasm to watch the Superb Owl but can't seem to find it.
