Iaido tonight - our head sensei from NY is in town for the next few weeks so there will be extra sessions over the next 3 Sundays plus testing.
I really must attend to my writing and blow through this block I've been experiencing.

I'll be here until Saturday. I return Monday. I stay through Sunday. Then I go home for three weeks for shoulder surgery.

Today is yoga, work, blood lab, bank, work. Gotta break through this block. Stacy is away all day for a yoga workshop, work and meeting with some potential contractors for my mom’s house.

Starting the day with a trip to the Despot. I need to build a frame to hold a Venetian lamp. I have to look into get an instrument/entertainment cluster installed on my father's car. I've got things to throw away. I have a million photo albums to sort through to see which are keepers. I have to load up my car with things to take back to the lair including a painting, some chairs, storage racks, and the photo albums. Plus my estate lawyer wants me to sign some things.

Sweet! I love Lassen. Last time we were there, Stacy & I hiked to the top of the cinder cone in full backpack. Man, I was like a demigod in my youth. Nowadays the indea of climbing a staircase with a box of books seems challenging (the anokhing part is that Stacy could probably still complete that finder cone assault in full pack).
What kind of car is it? How many miles?
