My Doc was skeptical about my cough being caused by the meta+glip (said it was allergies, but I've suffered from allergies all my life and this is quite different). Nevertheless, she agreed to swap out my glip for an alternate salt - Glimepiride. Any experience with glime, Greg? You are my diabetes elder brother...

I'm afraid not. Only glip and Metformin.

My sister, the medical professional, suggested I start taking a daily teaspoon of cinnamon.
I looked it up. I will not be doing that.

Dammit.
I knew there was a catch.
I was hoping it was the cinnamon.

It's always something.
I did read from someone who said he was cured of diabetes. I don't think that's the way it works.

My diabetes specialist doc just added jardiance to my daily regimen. Holy cats that’s a pricey drug! $500+ for 50 tabs. Fortunately I’ll be taking half tabs and my insurance brings it down to $100.
On top of that, one of the sides is Necrotizing Fasciitis of the Perineum - yikes!
I’m now on 6 pills in the morning (one is a multivitamin but the other 5 are Rx) and 2 in the evening.

I coulda traded you some jardiance for a banjo (who’s the winner in that deal?), but I just “recycled” them at Kaiser yesterday

I just got on jardiance. Poor timing.
Well, I’ll get on it tomorrow after I cut them all.

I have a couple pill cutters if you need 'em.
Also a bunch of those containers that say M-T-W-T-F-S-S if you need...

Thanks but I have those already. I have other pills that need cutting.
In fact I just got a new dated pill container for my China trip.
