It's a rescheduled holiday for us, so they shift it to after Thanksgiving or Christmas week. Which kind of sucks because it means we don't get a February holiday.
I'm back at work and more or less healed. Still easily tired due to lower lung capacity but did manage to work out this morning.

Hmph. That doesn’t seem right.
Left work during daylight hours, now at home 4 hours earlier than normal. Got to sip coffee and watch they angry sea batter the shore. Not a bad Monday.

The fruit factory's been that way for quite a while. We get from xmas eve to NYD off. We get T-Day and the day after, and we get a few other holidays peppered throughout the year, but we get NYD and MLK Day in January, and then nothing until Memorial Day. Sad!

Heading in to town to get food for the monsters. Then I will come back and spend more time trying to find out why Kaiser isn't paying for my prescriptions for my diabetes puck.

My early morning telemeet was cancelled. That's fine. I'm relieved. Headed to svale tonight.

Hump day. Hump that hill. Then hopefully the boardwalk carpenters will come and finish the freaking sauna. Maybe Bad Batch tonight…

The carpenters are here and on it. Fingers crossed that it all gets finished.
Between the electrician and this, the sauna has cost us an extra $1-2K. X-(

It’s done! The sauna is done!
Well the floor isn’t done. That’s an extra add on. Basically they send us a lot of extra cedar board for us to make some sort of floor. Right now it’s just bricks. I might try to make it later. That’ll involve a lot of bad geometry and swearing on my part. But how hard can it be? (Says the dude with crappy tools now).

Today all my Thursday meetings are replaced by the Q4 reports, which were scheduled for 6:30am our time but thankfully got pushed back to 11am. That’ll suck up my day.
Then iaido tonight. And Avatar.

There's a lot of fiber in a board. Just gotta know where to stick it.
FriYay! Just a work day for me today, then maybe a coffee rendezvous with a Kung Fu friend, maybe some Yuki beach time if Stacy doesn't take him to Pogonip, and more Avatar binging tonight because I'm a media masochist.
