Mercury in Retrograde
My doctor at kaiser went through that decision tree when I had my colonoscopy. Mine was diagnostic.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

Well it is some fiber (and tasty). I rarely go to the doctor, so maybe so, but not perfectly.

Well, if you find a worm...merc-n-ret.

One of Stacy's regular weekly clients cancelled for the next 3 weeks.

Tara was going to accompany her apartment-mate Bri on a trip to LA this weekend and Stacy was going to cat sit. But Bri's grandfather died so her parents are coming, and they are estranged, so the trip is off.

My mom’s doctor’s appointment didn’t happen. She’s freaking out and driving me nuts about it.

Better get used to that.

She’s been driving me nuts for years now. We laugh about it sometimes, when she’s not driving me nuts.

After he PT showed up, I started to head home and got an apologetic call from her doctor. She mistakenly thought the appt was at 1 not 11 and was on route. So merc-n-ret. I turned around, grabbed a quick lunch, and met her back at the care center and it was a good meeting. My mom’s doc is great - not all docs do housecalls - plus she sorted things with the care manager so I don’t have to worry - more justification for all the money we’re paying.

In the end, I lost some of the work day. I was ahead after working all weekend but had to forsake some of that lead, but it is recoverable.

Lost my reading glasses.  Had them hanging from a lanyard doing yard work.  As I finished, I noticed the lanyard was just dangling around my neck.

Fortunately, I only worked under a front yard shrub to cut down a sapling growing under it.  And turned the compost heap in the backyard.  And mulched a bunch of plants in the garden.  And cut big weeds elsewhere to add to the heap.  In other words, pretty much elsewhere.  I've given up searching for now.  Maybe it's in the heap.  But I don't want to turn it again.

I'm sure they will compost well. Were they expensive prescription readers or those cheap ones you get at the checkout lines in drug or hardware stores?

Stacy went to her yoga class but person who admits the class into the building didn't show. The instructor suggested another place, but Stacy didn't follow because she didn't know how cramped it might be and the covid fear creeped in. The rest left. And as Stacy was leaving, another student emerged from the building who had been waiting inside, wondering where everyone was...

An Den interview that I thought wasn't going to happen just got scheduled for Monday. I was just about to write it off. Now one more thing to put on my plate...

They were prescription, but I got them online through Zenni.  I wanted to test my eyes at Kaiser (to get any prescription changes) before getting my next set through Zenni.  Now I might just get another set.

I'll go out after 3 pm and look around again.  The sun will be coming from a different direction, which might prompt a reflection from them--if they're not buried.

Hope you find them. They couldn't have gotten far unless a bird carried them off.

I just blew the fuse on my computer power strip by plugging in the vacuum cleaner.

Found them!   Front yard, under the shrub, after a lot of brushing aside leaves and twigs.  So I'm good.  Whew!

Is the fuse in the power strip one of those you just have to reset?  Or do you have to replace it?

If you had your glasses, you might have found them sooner...

Just a reset but it’s a process because everything needs to be restarted.
