Sheltering in Place
Another great moon this morning. I need to look up why it always seems to look fuller in the early morning. Worked hard on a new database at work most of the day and then found out I don't need it ready until the end of the month. I thought it was Monday. Oh well.

718: Kung Fu, maybe write a bit, mostly trying to figure out how to watch REELZ...

Find a friend with Directv.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

I don’t have any local friends that I can impinge upon. I think I can do a free trial on Amazon prime.

That being said, can you record this and convert it to a transferable file, oh great video wizard and documentarian?

I do not believe I am cool enough to accomplish that task. But I will see.

You can watch the Reelz channel through Tubi and Roku.

Allegedly through YouTube too, but that doesn’t answer my question…

I once used free software that could grab video streams from websites. I don't know how you'd do it if you were using a streaming service. They might have some defense against it.

Today I hit one million meters rowing. Concept2 is going to send me a t shirt. It took me a year and 8 months (78 hours and 20 minutes of rowing). I'm taking tomorrow off.

We went to Rick's in Palo Alto this afternoon and had ice cream. They had a new flavor, white chocolate ginger and it was delicious.

Shouldn’t that be called a megameter? Congrats. Hope it’s a cool shirt.

719: work and then head up to Tara’s for dinner, a movie and Michelle Yeoh.

My sleep cycle is winked sideways. Hope I can get back on track this week.

Christina is working today, so I'll practice some music, paint a little, and then hit the used bookstore and used record store.

Today is the memorial gathering/show for Joe Sloan, singer for Spot 1019, at Bottom of the Hill in SF. It's an afternoon show, so I'm heading up shortly. It's going to be happy/sad.

I'm SF bound too.

Too bad we couldn't carpool...

Peter Tripodi, guitarist for Spot 1019, is walking with a cane and is gaunt as if he is recovering from chemo. He says he played drums for the first band, Chamber of Vestibules, which I missed...shit. He tells me that Greg Winter couldn't make it out. He lives in Chicago and just finished his last round of chemo. His spleen burst right before Joe passed last October. I am more and more sad with the RIP things from our youth feels. I had to bust out and walk around the neighborhood. I ended up at the new anchor steam tasting room (what is this new thing!?!). I'm having a flight including a tasty looking one called "angels tears".

At least it's a beautiful day here in the dog patch

Slept late, went day-drinking in North Beach, met up with friends visiting from Philly, had more booze, tapas, coffee, cannolis and a lot of conversation. It was a very good time.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
