Another DC animated flick. I couldn't find a rating but it's harder than B: GbB (http://www.brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomFor...p?tid=5606). The animation and story is better too. I'm always biased towards Arkham Asylum based stories. It's the most intriguing part of Gotham to me.
I don't think it's based on a graphic novel. The Bat is a minor character. This is about the squad, the Suicide Squad. The Riddler some how got all of the Suicide Squad's secret files and got locked in Arkham. A new squad is assembled - Deadshot, Harley, Capt. Boomerang and some characters I never heard of: Black Spider, KGBeast, Killer Frost and King Shark. Beyond the Riddler, Penguin and Joker appear and all three of them are very well done. Harley is really good too. It's sanguineous in that blow your head off sort of way. And both Harley and Frost appear topless but only from the back (no nipples). Harley and Deadshot hook up. And Joker is jealous. And he has a dirty bomb.
It's what Suicide Squad should've been.
No sword fights but lots of gunplay, fisticuffs, batarangs and boomerangs, plus Harley has her hammer. DOOM recommended.
