RIP Mike Lyle

Mike was our landlord's property manager. He was a very sweet man, very courteous, always a pleasure to work with - I just saw him a few weeks ago when he did his annual fire alarm check. He just had shoulder surgery but seemed fine. It was a cardiac issue. 

Our landlord, who I've never met until today, knocked on the door in the middle of a work call with Jonny at Tiger Claw. Such a jarring interruption - did not see that coming. It's been that kind of day.
