No American beer would be caught "promoting" evolution.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

How fun for me. I've just spent the morning watching beer ads. I must say, the Carling ads were much funnier, with the exception of the Guinness evolution ad.
So much for the flickr badge idea. Dammit

I've at least had Guiness on draft where it's actually brewed. Top that. I'm not saying I liked the beer's better, Carling does better ads.

...for me, that will be a spiritual pilgrimage.

Speaking of drinking beers where they were actually brewed, I raise you a Red Stripe. Hooray Beer!

Is it the end of the drunk irishman stereotype?

[Guinness 0.0 is legit.]

Hannah Twiggs, writing about Guinness’s zero-alcohol incarnation:
Quote:At first glance, there’s nothing out of the ordinary about a pint of Guinness 0.0. The velvet black pour, the creamy foam head balancing delicately on the rim of the glass, the familiar satisfaction of watching it settle. But there’s one crucial ingredient missing: the alcohol.

While visiting Dublin recently, I had a chance to sample Guinness 0.0 side-by-side with a standard Guinness. They were virtually identical and nearly impossible to tell apart. That’s a remarkable feat.

I luv Guinness. I miss it. But it was never the alcohol that bothered me. It's the carbs.
