Tip for directing to specific moments in YouTube videos

Saw this in one of the other forums where I participate. When you post a link to a You Tube video, if you put the syntax #t=1m1s at the end of the link, you will jump 1 minute 1 second into the clip. Substitute the appropriate minute and second numbers and you can point someone to an exact spot however many minutes in you want someone to start watching (rather than making them sit through the whole thing).
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
