I sat down for my supper and flipped this on by chance and wouldn’t ya know it? It was Stevie’s set. Caught her, Joan Jett, Katy Perry, Dave Grohl, a few others. I stopped at RHCP because I got sleepy and seeing them as aging rockers was kinda depressing. Nevertheless, I might go back and surf for some of the stand out acts. Good to see a benefit concert again. I’ve worked a few benefits - the earthquake benefit and the AIDS benefit were awesome as was every Bridge benefit.

I saw part of this after we watched the SNL Music thing. Saw Counting Crows and John Fogerty. It was just a big ego fest so I gave it up. And I didn't know Fogerty talked in a fake Southern accent. I can take it in the songs, but that made me think much less of him.
