DOOM guns

Who are the DOOM gun owners?

I do NOT own a gun. I own swords and other cold arms. Lots of them. I've never tried to count them. Too many really. I did own a gun once. It was a rifle that my grandfather had built for me. I don't remember the make. It disappeared after he passed along with a lot of his possessions.

Totally.

I am not a gun owner. Don't tell people, they might kick me out of the county. But I have fired many guns in my time, up to and including an M-16. I think the last time I had any range time was with a girlfriend back in the early 1990s who had a Barreta pistol. But since then, nothing.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

I shot with Legbone back when we were in our 20s. We had a mutual friend, Cory, who owned several pistols, a 38 special, a walther ppk, and a 45. He went on to be a career cop and retired recently. I was planning on buying a gun around that time - something small like a purse gun - and while the Maestro probably doesn't remember this, he talked me out of it. I remember clearly - we were sitting outside the salle as was our ilk and I brought it up and he made like to slap me, saying that I should get something of a real manly caliber, not some derringer that I could tuck into my garter belt (remember those were my knicker wearing years).

Many of my Kung Fu brothers are into guns. When I was with O-Mei Kung Fu, I used to train with a few Newark PD and the first Asian Hell's Angel. They were all heavy into guns and took me shooting (just the cops - the Angel invited me to an Angel party but I didn't have the balls to go - I just couldn't imagine pulling up to the party in my little red Fit Caesar and getting out alive). I think that was the last time I shot (shooting with cops is super fun). The Sikh guest star on Man at Arms was from Fremont and he was big gun guy and invited me out but we never got around to it.

The last time I held a gun was a custom built pistol that Chet made (the cf's know him as our KF sibling). That was a year ago or so when I visited him in San Diego while seeing Tara.

I don’t own any, but have been shooting many times. Most recently was about 2 years ago with a friend who is a certified instructor. Very educational.

I like target shooting and would totally be into the obstacle course shooting. One of the epee fencers at HFC was really good at that and had won several Glocks.

Not enough time, too much money.

Damn, I hoped for a second that this thread was going to be about muscles.
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

No, but did it might end up being about The Patriarchy and our near-monopoly on pockets.

I accidentally own a couple of guns. When I cleaned out my mom's house I found my dad's two guns that I didn't know he had. One is a .22 rifle and the other is a Remington "Sweet 16" shotgun. I didn't know how to get rid of them, and so I stashed them behind a bunch of heavy things in my garage. If the apocalypse comes, I'll need the shotgun, but I don't have any ammo. Or know how to clean it (although it was well oiled and is not rusty despite sitting in the closet for 50 or so years).

LCF and I don't have guns.

The gun I don't have is a Ruger 77/22 Bolt-Action Rifle.

The gun LFC doesn't have is a Ruger handgun that shoots 22 longs.

LCF just corrected me on this.  The rifle I don't have is actually the rifle we don't have, and the handgun that LCF doesn't have is actually the handgun that we don't have.

So the non-possession of these weapons is shared equally between us.

We do have ammo though.  Lots of it  Just so you know.  So don't be pissing us off much.

P.S.  We have muscles too.  Though not as much as we used to.  Not nearly as much.  So we compensate with ammo.
I'm nobody's pony.
