They’re peppy
They played OSL in 2021.
I confess that I had to search that out. The D00M4M is my long-term memory. I knew I had seen them before at OSL but I couldn't remember when.

IMO, a lot of the Vampire Weekend thing was the Hi-Life-ish rhythms. After the second album they moved away from that (and the drummer quit in there somewhere) and although I gave the next two albums a try, neither one really did anything for me. You all probably remember songs from the first album, which was really strong, but there were a couple of good ones on the second album, "Holiday" and "Giving Up the Gun."

Giving up the Gun is my favorite, helped by an awesome video.

I'm curious about that sun & moon symbol. Maybe they're doing a day set and a night set?
It's an intriguing line-up, a lot of acts I want to see but not necessarily for a whole set - perfect for OSL for me. Tara is excited about more of the acts than me. I think this caters to her demographic a lot - the 20-something SF peeps.
Somewhere I read that Anderson.Paak is doing two sets but I can't search that out now. Maybe I dreamt it. So maybe VW is playing two sets. I'd only like to see part of one and I won't be disappointed if I miss that. There are plenty of other acts that I haven't seen that I'd like to check out this year.
