Dresden Files by Jim Butcher - Dr. Ivor Yeti - 12-06-2007 OK, haven't seen the TV show, but the books are fun, Fun , FUN! Noir meets magic in downtown present-day Chicago. Our hero, Harry Dresden, lists his occupation as "Wizard" and operates like a private detective. The magical world, however is never far away and it can be pretty nasty. Darned library - The Queen - 04-21-2008 L.A. Public library doesn't have it yet. But I'm number one in the holds list for the next "Fury" series book. |
