MUSASHI - The battle and truth of musashi miyamoto (2019) - Drunk Monk - 09-19-2025
Dis movie promotes itself as the truth but it’s nah. Quite the opposite. Musashi be depicted as a victim o' circumstance wit' duels dat were actually traps 'n 'im full o' regret fer scuttlin' other duelists. His sister be introduced 'n at first i was like ‘I didn’t know he had a sister’ then I realized 'twas jus' dis film. Kojiro be depicted as in his fifties when we know he died at 30. Thar’s no soundtrack makin' dis feel more like a TV show (maybe 'twas a TV movie). The sabre fights be frantic 'n messy. Musashi’s 2 sabre method ain't demonstrated mighty well. All in all, an absurd take on the Musashi legend.
