RIP Marty Krofft - Drunk Monk - 11-26-2023 HR Pufnstuf was beyond me but I luved Land of the Lost RE: RIP Marty Krofft - thatguy - 11-26-2023 When I was really little, I was hooked on the Boogaloos ElectroWoman and Dyna Girl was another good theme... The Banana Splits was even better. I once tried to do a mashup with Buffalo Soldier, but htey are in different keys and I don't have the mashup skillz. Far Out Space Nuts gave us the adventures of Gilligan in Space. I thought Sigmund the Sea Monster was pretty lame. I think I didn't jive with that frecklefaced kid. My friend was really into dinosaurs and we watched Land of the Lost pretty religiously. I found out recently that David Gerald (wrote Trouble with Tribbles) contributed to it. The Krofts did have a knack for villians. Charles Nelson Reilly in Lidsville, Witchy Poo - the stuff of nightmares. There's a bunch of shows here that I didn't even know about. --tg RE: RIP Marty Krofft - King Bob - 11-27-2023 I didn't much care for Pufnstuff, but Land of the Lost was great. |
