You know, I've never seen it. Or the two sequels. It's probably better than Superfly was. I looked him up on IMDB and he worked steadily all those years. I think the only thing I saw him in was Se7en, but I don't remember the character.

Shaft doesn’t really hold up today, just like a lot of blacksploitation films. You had to be there then.
