I don’t know how this got on my watch list. If I see top movie lists that look interesting (best films of 20xx, best cult films of all time, etc), I’ll bookmark them and check them out later…

Review:
Story: meh
Writing: terrible, self-conscious. Could have been a studen project
Acting: poor, stiff
Editing: conspicuous and annoying
Cast: Terence stamp, Peter Fonda, Luis Guzman, Leslie Ann warren
Director: Steven Soderbergh

I liked it. I like modern noir and had no problems, even *enjoyed* the editing.
I did, however, see it in the theatre when it came out, so over two decades ago.
So, 20 years ago Yeti liked it.
