Stargazing by Peter Hill - King Bob - 04-23-2021 This is about an art student who takes a summer job as a lighthouse keeper in 1973. He works in three different lighthouses. Very little impenetrable dialect, and reads easy. A bit sad at the end since all the lights are now automated, so the people he worked with were the last of their kind. I enjoyed it. Recommended for a look at another life that doesn't exist anymore. RE: Stargazing by Peter Hill - Dr. Ivor Yeti - 04-23-2021 Non-fiction? RE: Stargazing by Peter Hill - King Bob - 04-24-2021 I suppose I should have mentioned that. Yes. Of the brethren, I think you might enjoy it. |
