TMNT - Drunk Monk - 07-25-2006 Yeah, gloat while you can with your Pirates of the Carribbean: Dead Man's Summer Blockbuster. Pirates everywhere. I know, I know. But next year will be ours again. http://www.apple.com/trailers/wb/teenagemutantninjaturtles/tmnt_medium.html Umm - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 07-25-2006 Isn't there some Ninja Panda movie coming out first voiced by Jack Black. You can keep that one, too. Kung Fu Pandas - Haggis Killer - 07-25-2006 Read it 'n weep: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0441773/">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0441773/</a><!-- m --> I don't make this stuff up, folks. Oh, and DM: TMNT. The first "ninja" that you say in your head is silent. "Teenage (ninja) Mutant Ninja Turtles". You had the second "ninja" silent. Sorry to be a (ninja) stickler. Dude! - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 07-25-2006 All Ninjas are silent. It's part of the code. Kung Fu Panda - Drunk Monk - 07-26-2006 Try not to mix your teriyaki with your chow mein. Jackie will be in it, hopefully sober. Angelina will be in it too, but her weraing another eyepatch would be too much to ask... Hmm Eyepatches - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 07-30-2006 Who else wears eye patches or at least made them famous. Give in, DM, Give in. Even Brangelina wants to go pirate. And once you go one eye, you never go back. once you go one eye, you never go back. - Drunk Monk - 07-31-2006 That's brilliant, Greg. Sheer poetry. A faux pas? It could be, it could very well be... Maybe - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 07-31-2006 Or I could get the entendre . . . .I'm not as think as smart dumb you are Opening manana - Drunk Monk - 03-22-2007 http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/ezine/article.php?article=703 Another faux post - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 04-04-2007 Why don't you just talk about the poster, for christ sake? One of us has to break down and see it. And then compare it to the original. I'm out because I saw Snakes on a Plane. And if that isn't taking one for the team, I don't know the meaning of the phrase. I'm sure you and Tara will enjoy it. You're talking about me... - cranefly - 04-04-2007 I just know it. I can tell when you're talking about me. "I'm" supposed to go see it to make up for past misdeeds. "I'm" the poster boy. And here's the handgrenade to fall on. The problem is, I never saw the original (originals?). So how could I compare it to anything but a puff of air floating in the blackness behind the moon? Not too paranoid - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 04-04-2007 Don't worry, CF. They are all talking about you. I never saw the originals, either. But that doesn't make me a bad person. forgot to mention i saw the screener for this - Drunk Monk - 08-08-2014 After I saw the screener, I remembered it long enough to write the review. Then I forgot most of it. Kinda like college exams. I didn't fall asleep. I even laughed a little. There were lots of explosions and some sword fightin. My official review: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.kungfumagazine.com/ezine/article.php?article=1169">http://www.kungfumagazine.com/ezine/art ... ticle=1169</a><!-- m --> This would be a good film for Greg to review because I imagine his frustration with the absurdly bad script would make for a very funny post here. Re: TMNT - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 08-08-2014 I read your review and wondered why you refer to it as a Michael Bay film despite the fact it was directed by someone else . . . . Chances are slim of me seeing this film. I will be seeing Guardians again tomorrow with the Queen. it's essentially bay - Drunk Monk - 08-10-2014 directed by one of his lackeys good point tho. i will amend. thanks! |
