A hallucinatory masterpiece of animation, truly mind-blowing. It has gained a cult following for good reason.
Still, it is hard find. I watched it off of Hoopla through the local library.
Such a mix of styles and techniques, all stitched together to dizzying effect. And yes, there is a story -- fantastical and complex.
Highly recommended.
