Just read his latest ("Zeroes") and found it good. Stand alone novel -- who does *that* anymore? Almost finished with another stand-alone ("The Blue Blazes") and am enjoying that. I think there may be a pattern here.
Zeroes is cyberpunk present day. Blue is urban fantasy.
