"Midnight Riot" by Ben Aaronovitch - Dr. Ivor Yeti - 03-01-2015 Love London? Like magic? Like police procedurals? Have a sense of humor? Start at the beginning and get to it. I'll be surprised if BBC doesn't pick these books up for a series. The author has scripted some of the recent new Dr. Who episodes, and his plotting is tight. Similar British modern magic users milieu. Maybe more akin to the Dresden Files. They are still fun. |
