I'm making a movie. It's got martial arts training and Brain Eaters in it. The budget is what I have in the pocket at the moment. Should be a huge hit at Sundance.

All of DOOM will be offended if you don't put us in your movie. We're your good luck charms, your signature style, like a Hitchcock cameo or Ratsenberger in a Pixar flick. I put DOOM in my mag constantly. I just don't send it out to our freelance writers/filmmakers in a timely fashion because I have to wait for our sluggish accountant. Besides, Yetis come first.

We are having our first big shoot tonight. It's in an alley behind a martial arts studio. I have four main cast and 6 extras coming. I have a make-up crew. It's small by hollywood standards. Or anyone's standards. But oh my god am I nervous. Today's mantra has been just get to the first shot. After that everything should be smooth sailing. Right? Right? Is this thing on?
