I recently told LB that Antichrist directed by Lars van Trier (starring Willem Dafoe) was the most disturbing film I've seen recently. Now comes this.

If explicit torture, abortions and screaming appendages are your thing, check this out.
I'm not squeamish as you know, but Miike had me wishing scenes were over on several occasions. "Ichi the Killer" was Disney compared to this.
I had to rinse my brain out with John Wayne in "The Searchers" to begin to feel clean again.
