French film from the director of Amelie, Delicatessen, City of Lost Children. Plot revolves around a group of misfit tramps taking down two arms dealers by pitting them against each other. Hilarity ensues. Very entertaining. Has some pantomime bits - very Chaplain or Keaton. Also has some interesting mechanical contraptions that added a little je n'sais que...Felt like a Gilliam film. Thumbs up.
