Another Jim Jarmusch WTF movie...interesting soundtrack, interesting cinematography. Filmed on location in Spain. Cameos from a few recognizable actors. The plot follows a black man in a suit as he gets clues for a "job". This is a good setup for having two actors seated at a small table, talking, which I think that's Jarmusch's vehicle. The story is slow, which is also typical of Jarmusch. It's pretty cryptic and you wonder if it's supposed to be symbolic, like a big puzzle that you can't figure out, but the characters know. It occurred to me a couple of times that the French would like this movie.
