...as those who shoot laserbeams into their eyes.
I'm having Lasik surgery done on Thursday. Supposedly I'll have near-perfect far vision but may have to wear reading glasses for close-up stuff.
Of course, something could go horribly awry and I will be blind forever.

It freaks me out when you don't wear glasses.
Several of my friends have had lasik and all had tremendous success.

It didn't work for Tiger Woods. He had lasik yet couldn't see that mess coming. Now he can't see a way out, either.
