I just heard an ad for this on KPIG this afternoon. The fair is tomorrow, so their ad budget must be minimal. Oh, and the URL they gave over the air didn't work...

Sounds like the usual suspects making the mini-faire circuit since the big faire is not on yet. This is "high season" for that sort of thing, here and all over English-speaking North America.
Pirate Faire this weekend in Vallejo, too.
