Well crap.
I had a decent warm-up session with the group class, but then started feeling nauseous and light headed. I did a little Tai Chi (been revisiting my Sun style and am over halfway to recovering the form) but then bailed.
Came home an laid out for a spell, until Stacy started watching The Good Fight. My stomach settled enough to eat a light dinner (Stacy blamed hypoglycemia but I didn't bother to test myself) and I watched Kung Fu and Loki. I had hoped to write more for Den today but my YMAA responsibilities outweighed that, plus I spent too long with Yuki at FreDP.
I have a fresh screener to watch (for free because I'm running a promo but I do have an option to interview). Den asked for my quick take on the Shang Chi trailer and I batted back a few thoughts but not enough for a feature. Maybe someone else can use it.
Now I feel too spent to write and will go to bed soon.
