We went retro on Monday.
My two trips to SF on Tuesday & Wednesday were successful but tomorrow’s trip got snarled.
I was supposed to get a ride up with the guy who nominated me for CHSA (he lives in Monterey) but he’s stuck in SF tonight and pulled out on me this afternoon (right around when I almost had some protein bonus http://brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomForum/showthread.php?tid=1928&pid=50520#pid50520).
Unfortunately Stacy booked clients tomorrow as soon as she learned I had a ride.
Now I’m scrambling to figure out how to get up to SF & back tomorrow.
We’re here until Oct 16.

My driver says he’ll drive back from SF to pick me up and take me up. He feels bad about it all, not realizing how much I was counting on that ride.
So I guess we’re good. I feel bad about making him drive so much but he did leave me hanging at the last minute.

Kaiser terminated our health insurance. We don’t know why. We were supposed to have cobra until next year.

'Terminated' is the one thing you never want to see on any medical paperwork.
Stacy went to book her booster shot and we discovered we've been terminated since 8/1. Which doesn't make any sense at all since I just got some blood work done on Sep 24.
Of course, there's no one I can reach until tomorrow.

Aw damn.
I just washed my wallet, keys and EDC. Fortunately no harm seems to have been done. My vax card survived and my remote still works.

I try to avoid WhatsApp but it has been useful for communicating with some people in Asia. I had to communicate with some stars in Indonesia and went through WhatsApp. It's also where I communicate with my dentist (he found me there somehow). I don't really know how to use it beyond the most simple stuff.
