Terrible two-day. Hella busy.
The plumber just left. As KB predicted, it required major snaking - the two-man team had to climb on our roof to access the drainage vent, which I never would have even considered. But they just cleared it so all is well.
I'm working today as always and my boss is calling me about a project he took over from me because it was getting out of hand (it should've been someone else's job because it was mostly out of my purview - YMAA school curriculum stuff and I'm not a YMAA student). He thought he'd have it done in a half hour, which is why he took it over because I'm always super busy for the last week of the month setting up next month and figured it'd be another week of work for me to complete the task. He's been working on it for several hours now. I think he understands how complicated it is now.
Then I'm off to Fremont to meet a YMAA author visiting from Taiwan. We're having coffee at one of my old haunts there (glad to hear it's still open)
Then over to Tiger Claw. We have much to discuss, plus I need to get something for Greg's crotch.
Then to my mom's for my weekly check in.
Then *hopefully* over to Svale theaters to catch Jackie's new flick.
Then back to Svale to write and listen to my reggae radio show.

Cut. Cut. Cut. Then I need to be "Finished" so I can hand the "Picture Lock Print" over to the composer. At the end of the day, the Composer will get something. Still a lot of titles to deal with and a bunch of VFX (Blue screen swap outs for better backgrounds) Lots of fiddly bits. Plus there is a trailer to make and a website to finish. So, yeah. Basically, I'm wrapping the film today. At least until next Tuesday.
