I just found out about this, but Old Crow Medicine Show did shows in 2017 playing songs from Blonde on Blonde, and released an album of performances from those shows. I liked what they do with some of the songs

I had to look that up because I was just repeating what I heard years ago. It was run by the president of the 4AD label, with many others on the label involved. There's a good "band" bio on Allmusic.
