Strange daze - I thought there wouldn't be much for me today. Just odds and ends for the assortment of side hustles. But I just got asked for some odd tasks by two of my jobs - one that could blossom into something more regular. Fingers crossed there.

Tomorrow Stacy & Yuki leave for a road trip to San Diego to visit Tara so there will be prep for that too.

Day 136: got some immortal tasks and a visit to fbu late this afternoon. Tara pulled the plug on Stacy’s trip causing much upheaval - now Stacy might go backpacking by herself, or maybe with Yuki.
It’s getting harder to get out of bed lately. Got them pandemic blues...

I find some pranayama helps with the blues. On the other hand you could take Neil Diamond's advice: "When you take the blues and make a song, you sing them out again." Or not.

Day 138: going to chip on some prep work for Tc & fbu. Also do some bungalow cleaning. Yuki has trashed the place. Maybe write - been stuck on this blog post for too long. I need to just finish the damn thing and move on.

I went to another store instead yesterday. Staff of Life is my fav local, just a short walk from our bungalow. I used to go there almost every week for their lunch specials. I haven't been back since the quarantine and was really looking forward to going. But with the bomb threat, I went to Shopper's Corner, also within walking distance and another longstanding local indie market.

My 'duties' are all that's keeping me sane nowadays. That's really what this thread has become for me - a way to track my day-to-day responsibilities.

I tried to dissuade her from going but she was losing it here. And that's fair. Being trapped with me for 137 days is more than anyone could bear. Plus she needed to check in with Tara. I do too, but with my weird work situation and my mom, I feel bound to remain.
Hoping beyond hope that she stays safe.

Day 139: Today is my final webinar for the usawkf.
I didn't get as far on my fbu or tc work as I hoped yesterday. I spent a lot of time cleaning the carpets and some other odd tasks. Puppies are so dirty. I'll get back to fbu & tc tomorrow.
I have Kung Fu practice in the morning so I'll actually see some friends and interact mask2mask. Then the afternoon will be sorting the webinar. I have to change things up tho - offer a different camera angle - to show a bit more. Once again, I'm the headliner at the end - 5PM PST. Once done, my 5 jobs reduce to 4.
