I'm drinking the laxative and repeatedly heading to the bathroom. Colonoscopy at 1pm. Christina said she'd get me a sandwich from Zanotto's on the way home. Oddly I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be.

No, second. Last was 2019.
I don't think I had as much water coming out of my ass last time.
I'm getting hungry. Looking forward to that sandwich. And I've got my eye on a few leftover sweet potato chips in the kitchen.

Thanks. Went fine. Last time I had a polyp but this time clean.
Came home and ate a sandwich and took a nap.

Repeat yoga, hammocking, reading, napping, taiji & qigong, plus a farm tour. Gotta back off the face stuffing a tad because I overdid yesterday. But in my defense, the food is delish. Too many fish & shrimp tacos? It’s a fair cop.
