Always something new. My eating schedule is pretty regimented. I try and eat at the same times every day to help control the sugar. Yesterday, because of a three hour movie in the middle of the day, things got thrown out of whack. I had a late lunch and kind of skipped dinner. But I felt fine.
Until I went to bed. And I felt the sugar crash coming on. I got all the way down to 54! I think that's a new record. Three nutrigrain bars put me to rights. The problem with going to be with the sugar crashing is that I won't be eating again for eight hours. I almost went for a fourth.

64! Good times. Full stomach. Just did a walk around the neighborhood. Probably shouldn't have taken the metformin right before the walk. But it's never reacted like this before.

Took my piss & bleed test yesterday.
My pee is good. Very good. Well within normal ranges. Y'all should know how good my pee is.
As for my blood...still waiting... A1C was 7.1 last year.

Well crap. I spoke too soon.
A1C rose to 7.6. Albumin/creatine radio is 3.2 (29.9 is the upper end of the preferred range).

Hmm, my blood sugar was at 6.8 at the latest A1C blood test from the little Kaiser.
But then my Blood sugar is currently at 59. I am eating sugar.

What is the preferred range? What do you do to manage it? Is the problem usually too little sugar, too much sugar, or just sugar in general?
