Funny you should mention Prawn Porn... Les Claypool and Primus are on the Prawn Song label -- a parody of Zeppelin's Swan Song label. But I also heard a rumor once that Les Claypool did a number of soundtracks to porn flicks. Porn = pr0n = prawn? It just dawned on me the other day. Is Prawn Song some sort of reference to Porn soundtracks?

The art is a little pretentious, but I like having all the celestial info, like there's a solar eclipse on my daughter's birthday this year. Besides, I've been writing a horoscope for the mag for over a decade now, so that's just helpful info for me. The calendar kiosk at the mall was pretty picked over (being stingy, I almost always wait for the Jan calendar sale). There were a lot of store casualties at the mall too - here for Xma$ 2011, gone after NYE 2012.

I started this thread with a Dali calendar. This one is classic Dali, like Persistence of memory for July, and thankfully, it goes SMTWTFS, in 8 languages no less. It was an xmas gift from my family. I asked for a wall calendar so I wouldn't have to think about it.
