Last week while dog parkn a guy comes up to me and introduces himself as DJ Kai Dragon. He does a retro show called Have a Nice Day! on KZSC on Friday mornings that I love. It reminds me of 10 at 10, which we listened to religiously at AFS back in the days of the mighty Dave Emory on KFOG. Such nostalgia, and his programming is all over the place.
Kai had mentioned his IG the week prior and I followed him. He scanned it and saw a vid of Yuki wrasslin with some other dawgs and recognized the park. His GF takes their dog Mochi there all the time. So he stopped by last week and introduced himself.
Today is 1977 so I requested that he play Dogs from Pink Floyd's Animals. All 17 minutes of it.

I crossed paths the Morey at a show on the pier. He was a big man. had to be to have such dulcet tones.

Emory still has a show on KFJC. During fundraising in October, if you donate enough, you can get the entire Emory conspiracy archive on a USB stick
