Our yoga teacher is away and we aren’t fond of the substitute so we’re skipping today. It’s just work. I have two articles to complete this weekend.

Solo day for me at the shop. My Henchman is out today (his plan was to attend his stepfather’s wedding in Wisconsin, but then he changed his mind and got very sick instead. Young people!). Yesterday was quite busy, so I hope today will be a bit more mellow…but I doubt it.
Tomorrow is the Selberg Invitational Geezer Foil Tournament. H & I will go to show support. Haggis-Killer will fly down to attend. Small turnout this year. More food & beer for us! Tomorrow night is visiting with some of H’s friends at a Fancy Eatery.

Finished Kung Fu and had a decent workout despite my weirdly achy knee. Ruminated about training hard to prep for Shaolin.
Headed out to the Japan Culture fair - our dojo was invited to demonstrate but declined. I put it on my calendar anyway because I’ve never been. Today is Kung Fu day in SF Chinatown but I don’t want to travel far today.
Then some writing, dog parkn, and a sauna + epsom salt bath. gonna sleep well tonight (although S said the fire alarm went off this morning and I didn’t hear it at all).

When the horses follow you because you have carrots in your hands, I don't think that is considered wrangling.
Cleared the space around the trails through the tall grass to remove hiding places for the nope ropes.

Monday - 2 telemeets plus a new dryer is being delivered because our old one died. That’ll probably happen during my second telemeet. Once installed I’m doing laundry - I’m behind two weeks.

Telemeet first thing, then work (gotta dig into that article I was supposed to write last weekend but got distracted writing that Shaolin submission instead) then over to visit mom where it’s surely not, and spend a night in svale like I do for Tuesdays. The upcoming weeks will be different though due to summer madness.
