My mother was surprised when I told her I do not like the combo pizza as I don't eat many of the toppings. There was a note on the table this morning saying I should take some of the combo pizza home with me.

Today is all about restoration. I’m grateful that I only have one telemeet and it’s not early. Laundry, sauna, epson salt bath, dog parkn, unpack, nap. During the rains on Saturday, Stacy prepped some food which I’m will relish.

I have returned to the Lair. Currently doing the massive ingest. The computer really hates ACVHD footage. Then I start cutting. Probably both kinds. Pet dogs. Take shower in a shower stall where there is enough room that I can bend over.
I'm not a fan of the vegetable bits.

My brain is so post-TCEC-fried that it took several minutes to grok that a shower where there is enough room for you to bend over and vegetable bits were unrelated comments...

Since I posted about the ingest four hours ago, I'm still doing the ingest. Good times. I'm almost finished but there is still a good chunk. The all the footage is going to be processed over night. Nothing more exciting that watching files import.

Back at work. I wanted to do some laser cutting but the pesky students are working on their projects. Oh well.
I just found out that X released Wild Gift 43 years ago today. I'm not sure if I was aware of it; I may not have known about them until '82 when Big Black Sun came out. I saw them in '82 at the Concord Pavilion on the Big Black Sun tour. Ray Manzarek came out and played organ on Nausea and Soul Kitchen.

Right? We did hold a TCEC during mercNret and that year, some filthy thief shattered Darth's back window for a smash&grab. Darth was new then, only a few months old, and they broke the back window which was expensive to replace because it's weirdly bevelled and has the defrost coils. That was during the Welcoming Banquet held on the Friday prior...

Walk dogs. Climb the mountain of video editing (twenty hours later, the vid is still transcoding) Bury DM in questions about the event.
And yes, I tell DM constantly not to get on his phone and start posting in the middle of the night. But Ha! I powered up the desktop which makes it better.

Ugg. I feel like a donkey kicked me in the head. My sinuses are raw and my eyes are torn up, plus I have a brutal headache - all post allergy attack. I’m going to limp home and hope things are better in the Cruz. Fortunately I built a bit of a pad at work for TCEC recovery but that’ll evaporate soon. Didn’t count on allergies. Went to bed early last night. Probably should do the same tonight.

I feel much better today. Clearer. Still have a bit of a cough that’s bigger than my usual cough, but my nose isn’t as prickly tickly as it was yesterday and the tinnitus has quieted down almost back to normal.
I have 2 telemeets today and 2 writing projects due soon. Then iaido tonight.
