Exclusive press only screener at the Metreon. Two of the reps recognized me. I didn’t recognize them. The masks make it harder, plus they have my name on the list. And I’m wearing my Snake Eyes mask, which the 2nd rep recognized.
This is one of those exclusive screeners where a lot of the reviewers know each other. I keep hoping I know someone. Not yet... Still not in with the in crowd.
The guys next to me are talking about getting there Sundance passes and going to TIFF. There are two Bond girl wannabes seated in front of me - one with an outfit with cleavage down to her navel.
The embargo is until 4... who writes that fast?

Yeah. At least Bollywood flicks have an intermission.
They could’ve cut a half hour out. Maybe an hour. The inevitable was drawn out.
I’m glad I rewatched the Craig films however. I’m not sure it works without all that backstory.

Well, crap. I can't even write that fast. I started chipping at it, and was typing at a steady clip, but stalled out just now.
A RM/JM friend was having a crisis. He's at a 50th birthday party for his gf in Tahoe (I was invited but I couldn't swing it after LiB) and got in a fight. Some intoxicated dude was hassling the women in the party, and after repeatedly telling him to go away, he grabbed my friend, who responded by beating the crap out of him. My friend was pretty shook. He hasn't been in a fight in years and was horrified that he could bloody someone that quickly. He's a former Kenpo man, short (goes by 'little j') but does contract work so is strong from regular physical labor. It derailed me a bit. Fortunately I have time because this was an early screener.
All the time in the world...

Plenty of reviews for the movie all over the internet......
Since Sony releases Bond films and also releases Spiderman films and Spiderman is part of the MCU, does this mean Bond is part of the MCU?

This will be the first Bond film released by Universal as Sony's rights expired after Spectre.
