Fortunately, I have my Surface Pro here, which is 10x faster.

Man, fuck macs. Once again, I've spent much of my work time just getting this dumb machine to work. My janky old surface pro is much more efficient.

Sigh. My iMac crashes multiple times a day. By the afternoon, I usually give in and use the Apple Laptop for the day. I'm trying to back up the hard drive to the cloud so I can wipe the hard drive and start over. The crashes make that problematic.

So many Mac people are always singing praises, including my main company which provided me with this monster Mac, but I've now spent the last four hours just trying to open a document that I need to proceed. It's still giving me that goddamned spining rainbow wheel...

This is the first time I have had issues of this sort. I think it might be related to the fact that there was a power outage while I did an upgrade.

Your power grid seems unstable. Ever consider one of those buffer batteries for your puters? YMAA got me one and it’s saved me many times.
Today starts with a telemeet, then work, then over to my mom’s early for her Dr appt and signing a bunch of papers, then another movie with cf - can you guess which one?

I have three telemeets scheduled however YMAA is shifting its warehouse to its NH office and a major shipment is scheduled to arrive today which might postpone any meetings. Apart from that it’s work as usual. Prolly some dog parkn. Iaido tonight.
