I had a festival dream but the only detail I remember was that it had something to do with a hanging suspension bridge. Clearly I'm joining for a concert fest.

I was in some casino in Faux Vegas where I helped fend off some sort of attack by armed attackers. i ripped a few heads off. We were heading over to the Wynn casino where I was about to be the center of a giant thank you celebration for my efforts when I woke up. I was very disappointed not to get to the party.

I had a dream with DM in it. it was really long and involved but the bit I remember is at the end where we we rolling on chairs through a mall to get to some specific. DM had what was tall enough to be a bar stool while I was on a lower two person settee. We even rode them down escalators. I did remark at one point in the dream I was amazed there were so many people in this mall.

Turnabout: Another Alarm Clock story.
In the dream I think I'm debating with the Queen about she is supposed to take rice medicinally. I think she was supposed to take 5 tsp raw and then I asked if she could cook it instead of eating it raw. There was a long discussion about how much salt to use. I thought she could use the old rice steamer or even just cook it on the stove.
During the discussion an alarm goes off. I start punching my watch on my wrist to turn it off but the alarm remains on. Then I look at my wrist to realize I am not wearing my Apple Watch. I come to the conclusion the alarm is coming from outside my dream and I need to wake up and shut off the alarm. This is when i wake up and shut off my alarm.

I remember when Thomas Oh (Tiger Claw founder) told me he trained himself to eat uncooked rice so he could go on long mountain hikes. That still strikes me as ridiculously hardcore.

On the whole, I usually wake up before the alarm 2 days out of 3. My alarm is my phone and I'm not giving up my phone.

I only set my phone alarm when I have to make a 7 or 8 am telemeet. I have an old skool led clock radio but I only use my iPhone because it’s easier. And I almost always wake up before my alarm except for this week because of the time change and the late nights.
